How to Reset your password

The new Tonic website is now live. We have had some issues transferring your details and we need to reset your password. Because of the way we encrypt your details we cannot transfer that part to the new site. All the other information has moved across.

PLEASE NOTE: If you received an email with password reset details just follow the step by step instructions.

If you have not received anything the process is simple and takes a few mins.

  • Go to
  • Click “login’ at the top right hand side of the page.
  • Click ‘lost your password?’ text.
  • Enter your registered email address and click ‘reset password’
  • If this works your will see a green message, then check your email for further details.

The new password you will receive will be long, copy and paste it to enter your account. Once you are in click on ‘accounts’ and link your Tonic account to one of the social media options. If you link to Facebook for example you can login to Tonic using your Facebook details and never need the password again!


PLEASE NOTE: The ‘Green’ shop site and the regular Tonic Studios site are separate.  We will be migrating all your accounts form the shop to the Studios site once passwords have been reset.  You cannot buy on the normal site – only on the shop site which is limited to the Gold Box products.

When that is complete you can start to get the NEW GOLD BOX 2!
